Ergon Energy
- Program Governance and Control Manager for the Strategic Enablement Program. This program positions Ergon to respond to emerging tren
ds and changes in the distribution of energy across Queensland. The program included separation of retail and distribution functions and new technologies to improve the delivery of energy across the State. - Developed program management tools for reporting program performance to the delivery committee (finance, risk, resourcing, dash board, project status)
compliance with the noise management criteria as set under the Road franchise Agreement. Program developed from first principles with technical assessment of noise impacts to identify areas of “non compliance”. Then interventions were prioritised and designed to develop a 5-year program of noise construction activities. Program was negotiated with government to achieve compliance with text Road Franchise Agreement.
(~$100m) for all planning activity across the state. Program activity included consolidation of all reported planning across the State and covering all modes of travel. Prioritisation was performed to ensure panning supported the effective and efficient delivery of the transport system in Queensland.
