Our team has worked wih on the delivery of Cross River Rail and has led the developed of strategic assessments, as part of the of Cross River Rail Business Case. Through the project delivery phase, our team has led the development of the Concept of Operations and supported other strategic assessments to ensure the delivery aligns with the Sponsor’s requirments. Orika’s team has also played an active role in engineering assessments and recommendations as the project has transitioned towards its opening for revenue services.
